How do I pay member dues?

Please plan to pay dues of $50 for the 2025-2026 season. You will get a season ticket from Dennis or Art when you pay dues.

Please consider giving MLSO an additional donation. We always need the $ and will use it wisely to offer great music to our MLSO community, inside the orchestra, and in the greater Philly area.

If you are having trouble paying dues, please email Rachel. We have a stipend to account for this.

Who are the section managers?

Section Managers acclimate new members and provide status of musicians for performances.

Please contact your section manager if you are ill, or will miss rehearsal or performance for any reason. We are expecting you! We miss you (and even worry a little ;) if you are not there.

What if I am sick?

If you are not well, or you think you might be contagious, please do not come to rehearsal. Let your Section Manager know, practice at home, and we will see you another time.

What do I wear for concerts?

Long black for all members. Look good, wear black!

What if there is a school closing?

If there is inclement weather, check Tredyffrin/Easttown School District. If the school is closed, we do not have rehearsal. We will also try to send a mass communication to members.

Where do I park?

Do not park in the fire circle at Valley Forge Middle School. The police stop by and ticket...lots of $.
